ArcGIS Pro has not yet reached version 2.9 or 3.0 at the "29" integer level. It is highly likely you are referring to ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5 (where "2.9" is the version and "5" is the patch number). Alternatively, you may be looking ahead to the recently released ArcGIS Pro 3.2 or the upcoming 3.3, but "29" is not a current standard version number.
