Language packs are strictly version-locked. A user cannot install a Spanish Language Pack intended for AutoCAD 2015 onto an AutoCAD 2014 installation. Furthermore, if the core AutoCAD 2014 installation is updated to Service Pack 1, the Language Pack may also require updating, or the software will fail to launch due to mismatched DLL versions. Once complete, restart your computer (even if not prompted)
