Step 3: Load on Starsat receiver
- Insert USB into Starsat.
- Menu → Installation → Upgrade → Database Upgrade.
- Select Channel List → choose
channel_data.bin. - After reboot, go to Installation → Restore → UserDB (to apply keys).
- Reboot again.
Access the Menu: Press Menu on your remote and navigate to Expansion or USB Manager.
- PowerVu → Enter hash key or leave blank for autoroll.
- BISS → Enter 16-digit hex key.
- Constant CW → Paste CCW line.
