Step 3: Create bootable USB drive (on another PC)

Download Rufus (portable version).
Insert a USB (at least 8 GB).
Select your Windows 7 32-bit ISO.
Partition scheme: MBR (for BIOS/Legacy boot — older Canaima uses BIOS, not UEFI).
File system: NTFS.
Write in DD mode if Rufus asks.

Phase D: Installation

Select language and click "Install Now".
Accept license terms.
Choose "Custom (Advanced)" installation.
Partitioning: Select the hard drive. Click "Drive Options (Advanced)" -> Delete existing partitions (this erases all data) -> Create a New partition using all unallocated space.
Click "Next". The installation will proceed (Copy files -> Expand files -> Install features).
The system will reboot several times. Remove the USB when the installation begins the final phase to prevent boot looping.
