• Version match – items made for 1.10 may not work in 1.13c. Hero Editor often auto-upgrades, but some runewords might break.
• D2R does NOT work with classic Hero Editor. Use D2R Hero Editor (D2REditor) or d2s editing tools.
• Invalid stats – some “pack” items have illegal affixes; game may delete them on load. Always test.
