since the beginning of October, UPS has been charging ‘peak season surcharges’ for every parcel, and currently all express delivery times are also being automatically adjusted backwards. DHL also states that delivery times are longer due to the high volume of shipments.

To download and install the 6.61 PRO-C2 Custom Firmware (CFW)

Part 2: Preparing Your PSP for Installation

You need specific hardware before you transfer the download to your device: On your PSP, go to Game → Memory Stick

  3. Press X to install.
