Monthly (Operator-Level)

  • Clean the anti-scatter grid and detector cover with residue-free cleaner.
  • Visually inspect cables for fraying or kinks.
  • Perform a “dark image” acquisition to check for dead pixels.
  1. Remove top cosmetic cover.
  2. Locate the three hex set screws on each carriage wheel.
  3. Using a torque wrench, loosen set screws and adjust eccentric bearings until there is 0.5mm – 1mm of play (feeler gauge).
  4. For motorized systems: Re-calibrate the "Home" position by shorting the calibration pins J17-J18 on the motor driver board while powering up.

Warning: Do not attempt to use a manual from a completely different model (e.g., GXR-32S manual for a GXR-60S). Critical safety interlocks and calibration constants differ.
