There is no official "paper" or research document published for the "HYC USB display driver."
Method B: Manual driver installation
- Download the
.exeor.zipdriver package. - Right-click the installer → Properties → Compatibility → Set to "Windows 10" (sometimes helps).
- Run as Administrator.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Do NOT connect the HYC monitor until prompted (or unplug it if already connected).
- After installation, restart your PC.
- Plug the HYC monitor back in. Windows 11 should now detect it as an extended display.

A: Not fully stable. The udl driver for Linux exists, but on Windows, you are stuck with proprietary drivers.
