The Crucial Cooldown (CK)
Every time you switch control between Followers or recall a Follower, you trigger a global cooldown of roughly 3-5 seconds. You cannot attack or spawn during this. This is your biggest weakness. identity v dream witch guide
Use the Leeched Follower (from the chaired survivor) to intercept rescuers further away. Dream Witch (Yidhra) widely considered the most complex
Invisible Main Body: Yidhra cannot be seen by survivors and cannot attack. Use this to scout and block windows or pallets. Follower Mechanics: Chase with your main body
Do you prefer a highly aggressive or defensive/control playstyle?
- Chase with your main body.
- Make a motion as if you are about to switch (stop moving for a split second).
- The Survivor may dodge preemptively.
- Continue chasing with the main body and hit them normally.
Creating a follower leaves a Witch Mark on the ground. Survivors can pick this up to remove a leech from themselves or teammates, though removing one from yourself takes longer. Preach (Ability):
Mind Game: The Swap Bait
- Chase with Servant A → survivor runs toward a pallet.
- Switch to main body (invisible) → move around pallet.
- Survivor expects you to stay in Servant A → surprise attack from other side with Servant B or same Servant after repositioning.
- Attachment: If a Survivor comes within a certain radius of an Idol, the attached Leech will automatically detach and follow the Survivor. This Leech is now "parasitic."
- Mirror Image: Once a Leech is attached to a Survivor, a "Mirror Image" (clone) of that Survivor spawns at the Idol's location.
- Switching: The Dream Witch can instantly switch control to the Mirror Image. This allows her to teleport across the map instantly to chase a Survivor who has a Leech attached to them.
- Reveal: Survivors with a Leech attached are revealed by a purple aura/glow to the Hunter.
