For Windows 11/10 (Boot & Login)
- Open Control Panel > Sound > Sounds tab.
- Scroll to "Windows User Account Control" (or "Start Navigation").
- Click Browse and select your new WAV file.
- Note: Windows prefers WAV under 1MB. Use Audacity to trim to 0.9 seconds max.
