What Made Episode 132 Different
By this point (mid-to-late 2019 into early 2020 vibe), OVO Sound had settled into a rhythm: new Oliver El-Khatib, Drake, and occasional guest mixes. But episode 132 felt leaner. No forced anthems. Instead, it gave us: The Paper Outline: "The Magic of Stability: From
- Low End: The 12mm driver delivers punchy, controlled sub-bass. Tracks like The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights" showcase a deep rumble without muddying the vocals.
- Mids: Vocals are clear and slightly forward. The 132 handles complex rock and acoustic tracks with respectable separation, though it is not as analytical as studio monitors.
- Highs: The treble is extended but non-fatiguing. Cymbals and hi-hats have a crisp attack without the "sibilance" (harsh 's' sounds) that plagues cheaper TWS buds.
