Install the software – Run the .exe as administrator. Accept the default installation path.
Do NOT connect the VSX 26 yet – Wait until the software is fully installed.
Connect via USB – Use a standard USB A-to-B printer cable. Windows will attempt to install drivers. The software installer usually includes these drivers, but if not, manually point Windows to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Peavey\VSX 26 folder.
Launch the software – Open the VSX 26 Control Panel.
Sync hardware and software – The software will detect the unit automatically. If not, go to Settings → MIDI/USB Port and select the Peavey VSX 26.
