Cables and Adapters
- Use high-quality HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort cables. Cheap cables cause "HDCP handshake" failures.
- If using a Mac with USB-C/Thunderbolt, use Apple-branded or Belkin adapters.
- Pro Tip: Always carry a spare HDMI cable and a USB-C hub with Ethernet.
- Setup: In
Screen Configuration>Stage Display, enable this output. Customize the layout to hide notes to the operator but show the timer and next cue.
Part 6: Multi-Screen Outputs & Edge Blending
For large venues, you are not just projecting a square. You might have IMAG screens, stage left/right, and a confidence monitor. Hardware Requirements Configuring your outputs is the most

Live Stream Integration: ProPresenter can generate a dedicated stream output (often lower thirds) independent of the main house screen. This can be sent digitally via NDI to software like OBS or Wirecast. 2. Workflow & Content Organization
