Important Note: Resetting the waste ink counter does not physically clean or replace the ink absorber pads. Doing this when the pads are truly saturated can cause ink to leak inside your printer, damaging it permanently. Use this as a temporary fix or for troubleshooting after confirming the pads are not overflowing.

Before using any software, you must put the printer into Service Mode for it to communicate with the tool: Turn off the printer but keep it plugged in. Press and hold the Stop/Resume button (red triangle). While holding Stop/Resume, press and hold the Power button. Release only the Stop/Resume button (keep holding Power). Press the Stop/Resume button 5 times. Once in Service Mode, you can sometimes perform
