Identifying Your Firmware Version
Unlike a smartphone, you cannot usually check the TS1012 firmware version by looking at the device itself. You must check through your gateway interface. ts1012 firmware
📌 Before You Start
- Check your current firmware version:
Utility → System Info → Firmware Version - Only download firmware from the official FNIRSI forum or their Google Drive (links in their Facebook group / official site). Avoid random file hosts.
- You’ll need a FAT32-formatted USB drive (≤16GB recommended).
- Fully charge the scope or keep it plugged in during update.
- On a PC, format SD card to FAT32.
- Copy the official firmware file and rename it to
recovery.bin. - Create an empty text file named
force_update.txton the same card.
