- Cable Quality: These boxes are sensitive. Use the specific USB cable that came with the box; many modern Mini-USB cables are charge-only and will not transmit data correctly for the box.
- LPT/Parallel Port: If you are using a very old version of the box that connects via a Parallel port, you must ensure your motherboard actually has a physical LPT port enabled in the BIOS, as USB-to-Parallel adapters rarely work with these flash boxes.
- Registry Cleaning: Sarasoft software often leaves entries in the registry. Tools like CCleaner are sometimes required to clean old installations before reinstalling a fresh setup.
- Hold
Shift and click Restart on your PC.
- Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
- Press F7 (Disable driver signature enforcement).
