  1. Install base VETP as usual.
  2. Download Virtual Eighties Texture Pack Patched – do NOT overwrite base yet.
  3. Extract patch to a temp folder.
  4. Copy textures/, meshes/, and .esp into your game’s Data folder, allowing overwrites.
  5. Enable VETP_Patched.esp (place after original).
  6. (Optional) Enable VHS glitch: rename fx_glitch_on.ini to fx_glitch.ini.
