The XP-A260H includes a built-in safety mechanism that monitors the temperature of the thermal print head.

• Find Xprinter XPA260H.
• Click Printing preferences > Advanced.
• Set Print Processor to WINPRINT.
• Set Data Type to RAW [Fast]. This is the secret to making it "work hot."

Select the Model: Look for the "Bill product driver" or "Receipt printer" section.

1. Extract the File: If the file is zipped, right-click and select "Extract All." Do not run the installer from inside the zip folder directly.
2. Run as Administrator: Locate the Setup.exe or Install.exe file. Right-click it and select "Run as administrator" to ensure it has permission to modify system files.
3. Installation Mode:
   • Thermal head overheating (causing faded prints or safety stops)
   • High-speed (“hot”) performance after correct driver installation
   • “Hot plug” USB recognition – driver working immediately upon connection
